JHS 166 General Terms and Conditions of Governmental IT Procurement (JIT 2015)

The Advisory Committee on Information Management in Public Administration (JUHTA) recommends that government agencies, bodies and funds, unincorporated state enterprises as well as municipalities and joint municipal authorities use the attached Terms and Conditions of Public IT Procurement (JIT 2015) when procuring IT products and services. This recommendation consists of the attached agreement terms and conditions. This recommendation supersedes the 2007 Terms and Conditions of Government IT Procurement (JIT 2007).
